There are so many rivers, lakes, ponds, wetlands and the ocean out here. It is great! Unfortunately, they only have a short "unfrozen" state. They say that the Yukon River (which is the same length as the Mississippi River) will be frozen by October. YIKES! |

I had to get this picture! Yup, I am really out here in the last frontier known as ALASKA. This picture came from my trip to the Yukon Territory (never thought I would be there).
