Huayangosaurus is a genus of stegosaurian dinosaur from the Middle Jurassic of China. The name derives from "Huayang", an alternate name for Sichuan (the province where it was discovered), and "saurus", meaning "lizard". It lived during the Bathonian to Callovian stages before its famous relative, Stegosaurus appeared in North America. At only 4.5 meters long, it was also much smaller than its famous cousin.
Found in the Lower Shaximiao Formation, Huayangosaurus shared the local Middle Jurassic landscape with the sauropods Shunosaurus, Datousaurus, Omeisaurus and Protognathosaurus, the ornithopod Xiaosaurus and the carnivorous Gasosaurus. It was found in Huayang China.

Lufengosaurus (Chinese: 祿豐龍 or 禄丰龙, meaning "Lufeng Lizard") is a genus of massospondylid dinosaur which lived during the Early Jurassic period in what is now southwestern China.
Kingdom: Animalia, Phylum: Chordata,
Clade: Dinosauria, Order: Saurischia, Suborder: Sauropodomorpha, Family: Massospondylidae, Genus: Lufengosaurus
(Young, 1941) Species L. huenei (Young, 1941 type specimen), L. magnus (Young, 1947). Synonyms Tawasaurus (Young, 1982), Gyposaurus (Broom, 1911)
The holotype, IVPP V15, a partial skeleton, was found in the Lower Lufeng Formation. Originally considered Triassic, this formation is now seen as dating to the Lower Jurassic (Hettangian–Sinemurian). A second species was named by Yang in 1940/1941 and fully described in 1947: Lufengosaurus magnus was, as its specific name suggests ("the large one" in Latin), a significantly (up to a third in length) larger creature than L. huenei. However, in the West this is often considered a junior synonym of Lufengosaurus huenei, representing large individuals. About thirty major specimens have been discovered, including those of juveniles. In 1958 an exemplar of Lufengosaurus was the first complete dinosaur skeleton mounted in China; a commemorative postage stamp of 8 yuan was issued on 15 April 1958 to celebrate the event, the first time a dinosaur was depicted on a stamp. The skeleton is now on display in the Paleozoological Museum of China.
This great adult Lufengosaurus skeleton is available for rent.
Lugengosaurus baby (not shown) is also available.
Dinosaur skeleton measures: Approximately 9ft long and just under 4 ft tall.

The famous "Rex Biscuit", is a Triceratops femur with more than 100 bite and scratch marks from a large carnivore.
This is an amazing specimen! Not only would it make an excellent addition to any collection, it provides a wealth of educational opportunities. This Triceratops femur dates from the late Cretaceous period. Major bite marks from a large carnivore, such as a T-rex, are readily apparent forming opposed punctures on both sides of the specimen.
In addition to the major bite marks, the femur is riddled with over one hundred smaller bites and scratches. Possibly illustrating parental
behavior, the smaller bites and scratches could have been made by the offspring of the larger carnivore. Alternatively, the scratches and
smaller bites could tell the story of scavenging in the late Cretaceous.
This skeleton cast is made of resin/fiberglass and measures 72x30 inches.
Purchase price $900

Plesiosaurus (pronounced: plee-zee-oh-SAWR-us). Its name comes from the Greek: plesios, which means "near to" + sauros, meaning: "lizard"). Plesiosaurus was a large (about 3 to 5 meters long), marine Sauropterygian reptile that lived during the early part of the Jurassic Period, and is known by nearly complete skeletons from the Lias of England and Germany. It was distinguished by its small head, long and slender neck, broad turtle-like body, short tail, and two pairs of large, elongated paddles. It lends its name to the order Plesiosauria, of which it is an early but fairly typical member.
Plesiosaurus was one of the first of the "antediluvian reptiles" to be discovered (by Mary Anning) and excited great interest in Victorian England. It was so-named ("near lizard") by William Conybeare, to indicate that it was more like a normal reptile than Ichthyosaurus, which had been found in the same rock strata just a few years previously.

Dimetrodon, pronounced (die-MET-roh-don) which means ("two measures of teeth" so named because it had a large skull with two different types of teeth; shearing teeth and sharp canine teeth, unlike reptiles. Dentition showing this differentiation of teeth is called heterodonty).
Dimetrodon has a large sail which was probably used to regulate body temperature; the surface area would allow it to warm up or cool off more efficiently. Dimetrodon was not a dinosaur but a pelycosaur, an early synapsid (mammal-like reptile).

Lotosaurus is an extinct genus of rauisuchian archosaur that lived in China. It was a heavily built quadruped. It was a herbivore, biting off leaves with its toothless jaws. Lotosaurus, like other members of the family Ctenosauriscidae, had a sail on its back. It looked similar to that of Permian pelycosaurs like Dimetrodon and Edaphosaurus, although not as high. It may have been used for display and/or body temperature regulation.

Monolophosaurus ("one-crested lizard") was a carnosaur from Middle Jurassic China. It was named for the single crest on top of its skull. It could grow to be 5 meters (17 feet) long and 1.8 meters (6 feet) high. This dinosaur weighed up to 700 kilograms (1,500 pounds). The area where Monolophosaurus was found showed signs of water, so it is possible that this dinosaur lived on the shore of lakes or oceans. Monolophosaurus may be related to the allosaurids.

Shunosaurus lii skeleton cast replica
Shunosaurus, meaning "Shu Lizard", is a genus of sauropod dinosaur from Middle Jurassic (Bathonian-Callovian) beds in Sichuan Province in China. The name derives from "Shu", an ancient name for Sichuan. It was collected from the Lower Shaximiao Formation in Dashanpu, Zigong. It shared the local Middle Jurassic landscape with other sauropods Datousaurus, Omeisaurus and Protognathosaurus, the possible ornithopod Xiaosaurus, and the early stegosaur Huayangosaurus, as well as the carnivorous Gasosaurus.
At around 10 meters long, Shunosaurus was fairly short-necked (for a sauropod) and had a short deep skull, with fairly robust spatulate teeth. In 1989 its tail was found to have ended in a club, probably used for fending off enemies.

Tuojiangosaurus cast
Tuojiangosaurus skeleton cast replica.
Tuojiangosaurus (meaning 'Tuo River lizard') is a genus of stegosaurid dinosaur from the Late Jurassic Period, recovered from the Upper Shaximiao Formation of what is now Sichuan Province in China. Physically similar to the North American Stegosaurus, Tuojiangosaurus is the best understood of the Chinese stegosaurs. It was around 7 meters (23 ft) long and 2 meters (6.6 ft) high.
The type and only species, Tuojiangosaurus multispinus, was named in 1977 (exactly a hundred years after Stegosaurus) on the strength of two specimens, one over half complete.
Like its compatriot Kentrosaurus, Tuojiangosaurus had two rows of pointed plates along the spine, which became taller over the hip region. It also had two outward-pointing spikes on each side of the end of the tail (click for picture), angled approximately at 45 degrees to the vertical. In stegosaurs, this spike arrangement has become affectionately known as the "thagomizer". It also had the typical narrow head, bulky body, and low teeth of other stegosaurids.
Because it lacked the tall spines for muscle attachment found on the vertebrae of Stegosaurus, it was probably unable to rear up on its hind legs like that animal. This suggests that it would have eaten low-lying, ground vegetation

Minmi, named after Minmi Crossing, Australia (where it was found), is a genus of small ankylosaurian dinosaur that lived during the early Cretaceous. The type species, M. paravertebra, was described by Ralph Molnar in 1980. A new cladistic analysis performed by Thompson et al., 2011 suggests that Minmi is the basalmost known ankylosaurid. However, in 2015 it was shown that the 'paravertebrae' of Minimi were actually ossified tendons, and thus the holotype has no diagnostic features. However, Minmi sp. is diagnostic and thus may represent a different Australian genus of ankylosaurian

Many people know Velociraptor only from Jurassic Park. While it was a great movie, it did take some liberties with the anatomy of some of the dinosaurs.
While the movie portrayed Velociraptors as nearly human-sized, they were only 3 feet tall (or less).
Around the same time, however, a true "giant velociraptor-like" dinosaur was discovered. It was named Utahraptor.
This statue was made to resemble the Utahraptor / Giant Velociraptor from the movie.
The tail of this dinosaur is removable to reduce shipping costs (slides easily back into place).
Measures: 106 inches tall and 61.8 inches high
