Start in ready position.
Slide left foot next to right, and bring hands in front of pelvis in knife hands. Slow step left foot back to the left and bring hands up in front of body. End with feet in ready position and hands palm-out forming a triangle with the index fingers and thumbs.
1. Turn 90° to the left into right back stance, two-hand knife-hand block to the left side.
2. Pivot left on the left foot and low side kick with the right foot along the end bar.
3. Without setting the foot down, middle side kick with the right foot along the end bar.
4. Set the right foot down in right front stance, outward knife-hand strike to the front with the right hand.
5. Without stepping, reverse middle punch with the left hand.
6. Slide right foot back into left back stance, inward middle block with the right hand.
7. Turn 180° to the right into left back stance, two-hand knife-hand block to the right side.
8. Pivot right on the right foot and low side kick with the left foot along the end bar.
9. Without setting the foot down, middle side kick with the left foot along the end bar.
10. Set the left foot down in left front stance, outward knife-hand strike to the front with the left hand.
11. Without stepping, reverse middle punch with the right hand.
12. Slide left foot back into right back stance, inward middle block with the left hand.

13. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, low knife-hand block with the left hand.
14. Without stepping, reverse tiger-mouth thrust to the throat with the right hand (left hand to hip).
15. Front kick with the right foot.
16. Set the right foot down into right front stance, low knife-hand block with the right hand.
17. Without stepping, reverse tiger-mouth thrust to the throat with the left hand (right hand to hip).
18. Front kick with the left foot.
19. Set the left foot down into left front stance, low knife-hand block with the left hand.
20. Without stepping, reverse tiger-mouth thrust to the throat with the right hand (left hand to hip).
21. Front kick with the right foot.
22. Set the right foot down into right front stance, "knee-break" - grab imaginary ankle with right hand palm up near stomach, thrust downward into imaginary knee with left hand from throat down. Gi-yup!

23. Turn 180° to the right on the right foot (turning backwards) into right front stance, double middle spreading (palms out) block in front of the body.
24. Front kick with the left foot.
25. Set the left foot down into left front stance, execute "knee-break" from step #22 (switch hands).
26. Slide left foot back into left walking stance, double middle spreading block in front of the body.

27. Pivoting on the right foot 90° (or 270°, depending on your point of view, so that your body is facing up the center bar) to the right, set left foot down into left side stance and execute a knife hand block with the left hand (to the left side).
28. Without stepping, reverse middle punch with the right hand into the left palm.
29. Step across with your right foot...
30. ...And side kick with the left foot (left hand middle punches at the same time).
31. Set the left foot down behind you so you are in right front stance and execute a spear hand to the groin with the left hand (right hand guards on the left shoulder).
32. Slide right foot back into right walking stance and low block with the right arm.
33. Step forward into left walking stance, palm block with the left hand.
34. Pivot right 180° on the left foot and set the right foot down in right side stance, execute an elbow strike with the right arm, while the right fist is in the left palm in front of the chest.
35. Without stepping, execute a knife hand block with the right hand (to the right side).
36. Without stepping, execute a reverse middle punch with the left hand into the right palm.
37. Step across with your left foot...
38. ...And side kick with the right foot (right hand middle punches at the same time).
39. Set the right foot down behind you so you are in left front stance and execute a spear hand to the groin with the right hand (left hand guards on the right shoulder).
40. Slide the left foot back into left walking stance and low block with the left arm.
41. Step forward into right walking stance, palm block with the right hand.
42. Pivot left 180° on the right foot and set the left foot down in left side stance, execute an elbow strike with the left arm, while the left fist is in the right palm in front of the chest.
43. Slide the right foot next to the left into attention stance (you will be facing up the center bar again). As you do this, lift both hands above the head, circle them out to either side, and then hammer-fist strike with the left and into the right in front of the groin. (This whole action is done under tension, and the hands and feet should meet at the same time.)

Return to starting position (pivoting 180° to the left on the right foot), then back to ready position.
