Ready position.

1. With knife-hands, lift hands up from waist and then push out in front of chest (forming a triangle).
2. Turn 90° to the right into left back stance, single knife-hand block with right hand.
3. Turn 180° to the left into right back stance, single knife-hand block with left hand.
4. Without stepping, reverse middle punch with right hand across body to the left, stopping at the left side of the body. Left hand pulls back to left hip.
5. Turn 135° to the right (pivot on left foot), pulling right foot back next to left foot. Pull right fist back to right hip.
6. Jump forward, landing in twisted stance (right foot on ground pointed forward), squat and punch downward with both hands to the front. Gi-yup!
7. Jump back to the starting location into crane stance on left foot, low knife-hand block with right hand, high knife-hand block with left hand.
8. Step forward into right front stance, outward knife-hand strike with right hand.
9. Step forward into left front stance, middle punch with left hand.
10. Without stepping, reverse middle punch with right hand.
11. Pivot 90° degrees to the left into crane stance on left foot, low knife-hand block with right hand, high knife-hand block with left hand.
12. Step forward into right front stance, outward knife-hand strike with right hand.
13. Step forward into left front stance, middle punch with left hand.
14. Without stepping, reverse middle punch with right hand.
15. Move right foot up center bar in line with left foot into side stance, punch straight down between legs with right fist. (Eyes are focused 90° left of the center bar) Gi-yup.
16. Pivot 90° to the right into crane stance on left foot, low knife-hand block with right hand, high knife-hand block with left hand.
17. Step forward into right front stance, outward knife-hand strike with right hand.
18. Without stepping, reverse middle punch with left hand.
19. Without stepping, reverse middle punch with right hand.
20. Bring right foot back next to left foot and right fist to left hip. Step forward into right front stance, U-punch (middle punch with left hand, low punch with right hand).
21. Bring right foot back next to left foot and fists to right hip. Step forward into left front stance, U-punch (middle punch with right hand, low punch with left hand).
22. Bring left foot back next to right foot and fists to left hip. Step forward into right front stance, U-punch (middle punch with left hand, low punch with right hand).
23. Open and close hands as though grabbing opponent, turn 180° to the left, throwing opponent down center bar.
24. Jump over thrown opponent, turn 180° to the left in the air, land in left back stance facing up the center bar, double high knife-hand to right side. Gi-yup.
25. Step back with right foot into right back stance, double high knife-hand block to left side.
26. Bring left foot back to ready position. With knife-hands, lift hands up from waist and then push out in front of chest (forming a triangle).

Return to ready position.
