Start in Ready Position
Bring left foot to right (into ready stance) and the right fist to left hip with the left hand over right.
1. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, while executing a close fist block with left arm (left arm parallel to floor).
2. Maintain same position and execute a reverse low punch with the right hand to the floor.
3. Turn 180° to the right into right front stance and execute a low block with the right arm.

12. Pivot 180° on right foot and set left foot down in right back stance and execute a low block with left arm.
13. Maintain same stance and execute a knife hand block with left hand.
14. Maintain same stance and execute a crescent kick with left leg.
15. Set left leg down and back fist with right hand to left palm, while bringing right foot to the left knee (left crane stance).
16. Set right foot down into side stance (feet are both on the cross bar, but the body and focus are up the center bar) and execute a middle punch with the right hand (up the center bar).
17. Reverse middle punch with the left hand (up the center bar).

30. Turn to right 90° into right front stance right hand low, left hand high; right hand will be palm down, left palm up. Under tension move left and right hands, so they meet in the middle, and continue until the right palm is down and the left palm is up.
31. Step to left front stance and execute rising palm block with right hand and sinking palm block with left (just like in 30).
32. Step to right front stance and execute rising palm block with left hand and sinking palm block with right hand.
33. Withdraw to left back stance and execute low block with right arm, left comes back to hip.
34. Bring right foot to left knee (left crane stance), left and right hands come to left shoulder step to right front stance and execute double palm heel strike; left hand high, right hand low.

Return to starting position, then back to ready position.
