"Well, I guess this is the most of Tulsa you'll see today," Walker told Trina as the family of nine walked into the mall. "That's ok. Taylor showed me a lot the day I got here. We took a long, and I mean long, walk around town," Trina replied. "Great! Then we'll have time to go to LaserQuest instead of a tour!" Zac cried. "Uh, oh! Here comes the mob!" Taylor said, "quick in here!" He ducked into a door that lead to a long coridor. "This is our back entrance to the area where the 'stage' is. It's comes in handy sometimes! Actually, all the time!," Taylor explained. "Yeah, but what causes people not to come in?" "There a secret lever on the door that opens it. Othere than that, the door is locked." "Oh." The group started down the dark, damp hallway. After a couple of minutes, Avie's voice could be heard, "Tay, will you carry me?" "Sure, come here," Taylor said, stopping on the side. "How long is this coridor?" Trina asked Raylor after he started walking again. "Not much further. See that light up there?" "Yeah." "That forks off to the bathrooms and the 'stage' is right outside that." "How did you get the mall to do this for you?" "Well, they've always had this hallway, but since we do a lot of gigs here, they decided to connect it to the bathrooms." "Cool! Are you guys wearing those clothes?" "Nope!" Zac called out, holding up a dufflebag, "we've got to change. Did you bring other clothes?" "No." "Dad, can Trin borrow some money to get some clothes quick?" Ike asked. "Sure, I guess this is an emergency," Walker said, taking out a credit card, "here you go. Is it ok if you go by yourself?" "Yeah...." "That's ok. I'll go with her. She'll need an opinion. Anyway, I'm her twin!" Taylor interupted. "All right. But aren't you affraid of those girls out there?" Diana asked. "Naw. They won't come near me if there's a girl with me! I hope. Come on Trina , we'll go this way," Taylor said as he started to walk the way they had just ome from. "Hold up, wait for me!" Trina said running after to catch up with him. "Hurry up! We start in a half an hour and we still have to change and set up! Can you help us?" "Sure. It won't take me long to get ready." When they walked out the door, a huge crowd of screaming teenage girls was awaiting them. "C'mon Trina. Take my hand and don't talk to anyone," Taylor said holdong out his hand. "I love you, Taylor!" was being screamed by most of the girls. A few were asking who Trina was, but everyone was screaming their heads off! Taylor made a quick turn into the Gap and told Trina he was going to wait for her in one of the dressing rooms. Trina looked around and finally found something she liked, a yellow halter (her fave color) that would look great with the pants she had on. "Taylor?" "Yeah. I'm in here," he said sticking his hand out the bottom of the door, "try it on and I'll come out and tell you what I think." "Otay," Trina said walking into the dressing room next to Tay's. Ten minutes later, Taylor and Trina walked out of the Gap and to the bathrooms without going back to the coridor. Ike and Zac were already helping Diana nad Walker set up. After the two got dressed, they went out to the 'stage' afnd warmed up a little and then went behind the curtain. At 3 o' clock on the nose, Walker appeared on the 'stage'. "Ladies and gentlemen. I would like to thank you for coming this afternoon. Today, for your veiwing and listening pleasure, we have Zac on the drums, Taylor on bongos, Isaac on guitar and a special guest, Trina on keyboards!" All four ran out bowed and took their places behind the instruments. The concert went great! They played MMMBop, Madeline, Man From Milwaukee, Thinking of You, Where's the Love and they debuted I Will Come To You. The four played like they were ment to play together, always. Afterwards, the guys signed a few autographs and the best day of Trina's life was over as they left the mall and returned home. Everyone went to their rooms and just hung out for the rest of the night listening to 50's and 60's rock and roll.
