Cell Saga
Earth had been at peace for awhile until a terrible power showed up.
Frieza was still alive. The Z warriors prepared for what seemed like an impossible battle.
Just before the fight began a mysterious youth shows up and challenges Frieza and
his father, King Cold.
 The youth
goes Super Saiyan and destroys both Frieza and his father with little effort.
After disposing of Frieza the youth leads the Z warriors to the place where Goku will
return from space. When Goku arrives, the mysterious youth identifies himself as Trunks, the son
of Bulma and Vegeta. Trunks tells Goku of the coming of the Androids and Goku's coming heart disease.
Goku and the others trained for three years for the coming of the androids.
Goku's heart disease attacked him during the battle with Android 19 and Vegeta stepped up
to defeat them himself. Not long after Android 20 was identified at Dr. Gero, the scientist responsible for the
androids. Dr. Gero escaped and released Androids 18 and 17, who killed Gero. Vegeta, confident in his new
powers challenges Android 18.
17 and 18 make short work of the Z warriors. On her way out, 18 kisses Krillin, who is dumbstruck as always.
Picollo fuses with Kami so he can defeat the androids but another for soon presents itself.
Cell is made from the cells of the earth's greatest warriors. His mission is to absorb 17 and 18 so he can become complete.
After a long chase, Cell gets away and the warriors head back to Kame house. Their rest is a short one due to the arrival of the androids.
Picollo lures them away to a deserted island where he does battle with 17.
Their battle was a fierce one but Cell soon interupts it. He disposes of Picollo and goes after the Androids. He manages to absorb 17 but is not
powerful enough to defeat Vegeta and Trunks after their training in the Room of Time.
Cell plays with Vegeta's mind and talks Vegeta into letting him absorb 18. After Cell becomes perfect he easily overpowers Vegeta and Trunks steps up
to save the earth. Cell proves to be too fast for Trunks though. He allows all of the warriors more time to train and announces a tournament.
Days later the tournament begins. Cell's first opponents, Mr. Satan and company, end up getting beat down like little girls. Goku steps up to the plate next and gives Cell a run for his money.
Goku sees he can't defeat Cell on his own so he allows his son, Gohan, to fight him.
After much prompting Gohan releases his full power and beats Cell to a pulp. Gohan, seeing that he was more powerful, decides to play with Cell rather than destroy him. Cell takes advantage of this
time and prepares to self destruct. Goku steps in and teleports himself and Cell to King Kai's planet so Cell won't destroy the earth.
Unfortunatly Cell has the ability to regenerat himself. He comes back to eath and kills Trunks. This sets Vegeta off and he attacks Cell head on.
 Vegeta is no match for Cell and ends up on the ground. Gohan and Cell launch Kamehameha's at each other in a last ditch effort to destroy each other.
The Z warriors, seeing Gohan is losing, launch everything they have at Cell in hopes of helping Gohan.
 
Gohan's Kamehameha overtakes Cell and he is destroyed.
