What are your opinions on Richard Gnida? As some of you know he is the limo driver who got in the accident while under the influence of marijuana and while having a suspended drivers license . This caused major injuries to Vladimir Konstantinov (A Red Wing) and Sergei Mnatskonov (the Red Wings masseur). He is getting out of jail June 19th, two months early on "good behavior". In my opinion Gnida should get out of jail when Konstantinov can play hockey as well as he used to and when Mnatsankonov can do massage again. He should be punished more severely for the trouble he has caused to both the Konstantinov and Mnatsakonov family, and all the hockey fans that were deeply saddened from this terrible accident.
I just bought the Will Smith c.d. "Big Willie Style" and noticed that "Just the Two of Us" was co-written by the same guy that wrote "Lean on me", I think that's pretty cool--I'm probably the only one, but that's okay!
I just started listening to my dad's Johnny Lang c.d. out of boredom, and now I am hooked! He is a genius at guitar, a good singer, not to mention he is VERY cute! Buy his c.d. "Lie to Me" now!

Congratulations Steve Yzerman! He won the Conn Smythe Trophy (playoff MVP) this year, and I couldn't think of a more deserving, hard working player.
Ever notice how rap artists like to take young musicians and try to make them popular by featuring them in their music videos and songs. For example Puff Daddy made Mase quite popular by featuring him in "Mo Money Mo Problems" video and song. Then he rapped in Mase's "Feel So Good" (is this the title?) song and video. I think this is a good idea for developing new talent and everyone should try it.
Do you want to know a person that I really admire? Her name is Irina Konstantinov (Vladdy's wife) and I believe she is an inspiration to us all (her husband is too). She went from living in a tiny apartment in Russia to the U.S. and was probably living a dream. Then the tragic accident happened six days after the Red Wings won the Stanley Cup last year. This accident caused her husband to lose his career. She had to become the head of the family, and take care of Vladdy. She has been positive and especially strong. We owe a large majority of Vladdy's progress to her.
Can you tell from the previous entries that The Red Wings and listening to music are basically my *obsessions*? Considering that's about all I've talked about on this page.
Ok, I was watching FANatic last night on MTV and the Backstreet Boys were on and I noticed they were all wearing the same colored shirts, not the same shirts, but IMO close enough. Is it just me or are they a *little* too old for that?
All my comments I've made so far on the Backstreet Boys sounds like I hate them, which I don't. I have their c.d., and I like to listen to it on occasion. It's just sometimes I wonder about them...
I was thinking about who should be the worst dressers of 1998, and Hanson popped into my head immediately. If they don't make that list then I'd be surprised, considering their leather pants and skintight shirts, someone should tell them that dressing like that makes them look even more like girls. I have to wonder if they pick out their own clothes or if a stylist does.
I have to vent about radio stations, MTV, and VH1, why is it that they pick a song and latch on to it and play it constantly, it really annoys me a lot, even if I happen to like the song. I especially hate this when the song has been out for a while and I love the song but the radio hardly plays it, then I buy the c.d. and they decide 'hey this is a pretty good song!' and start playing it constantly. "Truly, Madly, Deeply" by Savage Garden is an example--the song had been out since November and MTV and VH1 didn't start playing it until April and they were like 'this is a great song!, well why didn't they start playing it sooner?
Another vent on Savage Garden, okay am I the only one who notices that the song "To the Moon and Back" was released last summer, but everyone keeps saying it's the latest from Savage Garden, just because they redid the video doesn't make the song new does it?
I saw Hanson on Leno a while ago. It was a really flat performance IMHO. What's with Taylor's hair? It was really wavy, I thought it was supposed to be straight. Wait--I just had a very scary, yet funny picture in my head...Imagine Taylor in curlers! Also they were really happy, they kept smiling, I wonder what they're up to?
I just bought the "Can't Hardly Wait" soundtrack I think it is really good. I'm loving the songs by Third Eye Blind, Smash Mouth, Blink 182, Feeder, and Matthew Sweet. Go out and buy it right now!
I have found one GIANT difference between the Spice Girls and the Backstreet Boys (besides the difference in gender) BSB can SING, yeah imagine that a pop group that can sing.
