Advocates for the Millennium

- An Assortment of Futuristic Poems -

Dear Angel

Hi! I hope that all of my poems are gtting through to you andI hope you enjoyed them. Are you guys writing poems? If so do you like to? Well here is my futuristic poem.

Future

When the future comes what can we expect?
Will there be chaos?
Will there be sorrow?
Will there be a today,
and a tommorow?
Whatever happens don't you forget,
that people are there for you.
The millennium will bring our destiny
and a different way of life too.
What will happen to the people?
Will they be gone?
Will they have the strength to carry on?
The question is...
What's going to happen?

Well Angel thanks for reading my poem!!!!!

Dear Randy this is a poem that I made about the future.

The Future

In the distante future
There will be a man
He will not live in a can
He might spend his time at the bar
He might live in the backseat of my car
But I don't care
As long as he cleans his underwear.

He will live in a house
With his wife and a mouse
He can be my neighbor
We can have a party
We can eat a smarty
We can be friends
We can fix our turns and bends

Now to myself
I will not live on a shelf
I just might just be an elf
I might have kids
I might not
But if I don't I can build a robot

I can go fishing
I can keep wishing
I can be prepared
I can be awared

Now I must go I will be sad, and if we survive Y2K I will eat hay

HI REBECCA HOW ARE YOU? I WROTE A FUTURISTIC POEM ON THE NEW MILLENIUM.

MILLENNIUM

BY JACQUELINE

IN THE NEW MILLNNIUM IS THERE GOING TO BE PEACE IN THE WORLD?
WILL WE DIE?
WILL ALIENS INVADE THE PLANET?
WILL WE BE ABLE TO LIVE ON MARS?
WHATEVER HAPPENS IN THE NEW MILLENNIUM WE SHOULD LIVE IT WITH HAPPINESS.
I WONDER WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN TEH YEAR 2000

The Boring Day

Today is a boring day it is avery boring day theres aspace ship out side my window and the nabos car just blew away. I'm happy and content sitting in my rocking chair. Thinking of the days when I was in school and was Young but now Its all gone but i'm happy and content.  Poof pops the thought as I awake the teachers slaping a ruler on my desk. I'm only 12 and I thought of what it would be like to be old and sit in my rocking chiar but it hasn't happend.  So when the day comes around Ill be a nice woman and share goodies with the naborhood Ill bye shoes and slippers. but that might not happen becuse the millenniums coming!

Todd,

Here is one of my poems and it's a Limerick.

Stock Markets will crash
sprinters will have no dash
police will be unable to arrest
criminals will be at rest
and all the rest will have to crash
