PHASE TWO STATS

500+ STUDENTS
23 CLASSES
14 TEACHERS
7 DISTRICTS
2 PROVINCES (AB & ON)
4 COUNTRIES -
Canada, USA, Japan & Germany

Our Japan class is located in Aichi prefecture 297 km southwest of Tokyo.  The climate is mild due to it's proximity to the ocean. In winter the average temperature is about 5 degrees Celcius.  It snows about once a year. The population of Toyohashi is about 340, 000 people. The school is new and only opened six years ago.  It is a private school with a student population of 269.  Almost all Japanese students in Japan wear a school uniform.  Our school uniform is unique because it is much more casual than other schools.  Inseaad of a jacket or blazer our students wear school sweatshirts with the school logo on them.  Another unique thing about Japanese schools is that students go to school two Saturdays a month.
