Some of our teen youth enrolled in a fun few days of learning new things at Explorations Days at MSU..."Getting there was as an experience all by itself" the kids said.
Storms moving though the Lansing area tried to dampen there fun.. but they just wouldn't allow it! Being ushered to lower levels of the dorms just brought the youth closer together where new friends were made.
Classes that they took seem to have produced a new clown for our county... balloon maker, Seeing eye dog trainer, Tae kwon Do user, Pocket pet pro, canoeist, runners, Judo user,....and the list goes on!
The youth brought back many fresh new ideas to share with the County on a variety of things. Friendships made at this event last a life time! You surely don't want to miss this next year. Contact the Extension office in Feb. or March to get your enrollment form in on time. The classes fill fast so speed is of the essence.
