The MMK home page was started in late Feb. early March 1998. Originally this site was going to be just like any other Manson site, with a bunch of pict's and shit like that. I wanted to make this site different in some way. I looked at several other Manson pages and they all seemed to have about the same pictures, sounds, etc. of the band. After looking at all the most popular Manson sites I began to notice that none of them were very interactive with the fans. So I decided to create the MMK, where the fans are actually part of the site. I selected only the coolest picts of the band to put on this site, some are exclusive graphics or animations that I have created or edited in some way that you won't find anywhere else on the net. You will not find any bullshit ads on this site either(unless angelfire puts them there), like links to porn sites, etc. This page is about the band Marilyn Manson, not white trash pornography. The MMK is both a fan club for Marilyn Manson and a place where opinions can be expressed to the masses. It's not a "cult", there's certainly nothing religious about the MMK. It's not all about worshipping Marilyn Manson, it's about supporting what he represents, the battle against the fascism of christianity. The majority of Christians seem to have no respect for others' beliefs/morals. Not all of them of course, some are actually very open-minded and respectful. In the U.S., many laws are actually based on the christian idea of morality. To the government, other religions don't mean shit, since around 85% is the recent percent of the population of the U.S. that is christian. That's the majority of the voters! How do us minorities(those which are not christian) ever get a chance to express our opinions without massive criticism from the majority of the people in this country? The truth is we don't. In fact, there are even laws against it. This is the biggest discrimination of all, and that leads me to the final point I'd like to make. The U.S. and several other countries guarantee freedom of religion, but when a religious belief becomes the law, there is no freedom there, only fascism.
Where's our damn freedom of morality? I've heard Christians say that burning the bible should be against the law. They need to read the real law(the Constitution), instead of just their "Holy Bible". It's not against the law to burn bibles because the Constitution allows freedoms like that, it's called freedom of speech and expression. Besides, they're simply books made from paper and card board, they burn quite well and are excellent for starting bonfires. If you ask me I think that most christians , especially some of the ministers, should pull their heads out of their ass and realize that their precious little bible is not the law in the US or in any country for that matter.
