Stupid and Pointless
One may think that everything is pointless.
And many would agree.
There is no doubt upon my mind that this is true,
For what is the point of life?
We all die in the end no matter what.
No matter if we get all A's or E's.
Or if we graduated from Hardvard or dropped out of Thurston.
Death has no bias,
He will take us all to the place of the dead at one point or another.
For all of those who do think upon that train of thought,
I must say stop your whining!
If your life is so dull and pointless,
Give it some meaning.
Join a sport, help others, watch T.V, and (dare I say) even study.
Does not matter what.
As long as you attempt something.
You may even earn a feeling of gratification.
Who knows maybe you'll find that you're good at something,
And if you do,
Congratulations!
You now found a point for your life.
For it is correct that everyone will encounter a death,
But it's not true that everyone dies.
So long as your actions inspires someone here,
Your memory and soul shall live on.
You may complain that only a few names have ever been remembered for long.
Or "How does watching T.V. give meaning to my life?"
Well, all I have to say is
If it were not for the little people,
People like General Robert E. Lee would not beknown.
For what kind of a general would he have been if he were the only one in his army?
And what would be the point of T.V,
If there were no audience to watch it.
For it is because of us little people
That these people and things are known and invented
