Grant Parker, the editor of the Citizens for Better Care Elder Abuse Quarterly, has written a draft of a position paper on elder abuse issues related to casino gambling.
This has sparked a lot of interest here and in Canada from Adult Protective Services professionals.
I have put Grant's draft on this site, and set up a discussion board for comments and input. Grant is particularly interested in comments on real situations, and any kind of action taken by casinos, senior centers, etc. to deal with the problem.
