• The Management Assistance Program for Non-profits has a great site at The Nonprofit Manager's Library. Be sure to check it out.
  
• The Department of the Navy's Total Quality Leadership Office has excellent resouces to help identify problems and improve systems in the office. They are moving and renaming the site to Revolution in Business Affairs. The old site will be taken down in September and not everything will be moved.
