BREED RELATED QUESTIONS Although we reserve highest status for small purebred Morgans, NMPR accepts prospects of any cross! We love to see Morgan ponies from colorful crosses such as POA, Pinto/Paint and Appaloosa. Other favorites are other colorfuls which come from crosses to hues such as Silver dapple, cremello, and dun.

PUREBRED MORGAN PONIES:Some family lines often produce ponies more than others. These include the "Lippitts" (offsite link) (descendants of selected sons of "Justin Morgan") , "Lamberts" (descendants of the "Justin Morgan" son "Sherman") and other "Old-type" family lines.
