If you want to become part of the Dark Carnival..... there
is TWO requirements that you have to meet to become a member.
You MUST have an Insane Clown Posse page...I dont want people
just using this to get hits on their page.
Then you MUST add the HTML that will be mailed to you for your page to show that you are
in the Dark Carnival...if you do not do this you cannot become a member.
