for analysis and news on Family Law Matters. For your convenience, Michigan

Michigan Attorney
Grievance Commission: The Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission
is described in MCR 9.108 as the "prosecution arm of the Supreme Court
for discharge of its constitutional responsibility to supervise and discipline
Michigan Attorneys." The Commission has authority to investigate, and when
necessary, prosecute charges of attorney misconduct. This web site also
contains links to other relevant information.

This web site was established to enhance the Court's ability to
provide important and timely information to the public, litigants,
and attorneys. Among other things, you will find on this site links to
the Court's chapter of the Michigan Court Rules, its Internal Operating
Procedures, its history, its staff, directions to its various clerk's offices
and courtrooms, and lists of cases that are scheduled to be submitted for
final disposition within the next month. You may also find the manual for

6th Federal Circuit Court: Published opinions of the U.S.
Court of Appeals. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit reviews
appeals from the federal district courts in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and
Tennessee, from the U.S. Tax Court and from certain federal administrative
agencies when the parties are from the states that comprise the Sixth Circuit.
