Explore the fun world of photography during a Michigan winter. Hone your closeup, flower, and bird photography skills at in indoor tropical jungle. Stretch your lighting and compositional abilities inside a Michigan cathedral. Bundle up and learn how to capture the beauty of a Michigan winter landscape.
Indoor classes will cover camera controls, composition, exposure, choosing film and filters, closeup photography, creative use of flash, wildlife, flower and landscape photography. Learn about astrophotography, cross processing, multi-image sandwiches, and making dupes to change and create new images.
Indoor and outdoor field trips will help you practice your new skills. This class is open to photographers with a good understanding of their camera controls and a manually adjustable camera. A tripod is also recommended.
