When "Press Start" appears at the title screen, hold Select and press Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle(2), Square, Circle. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of an exploding asteroid. Then while playing a game, press Start + Select to display a cheat menu. When "Press Start" appears at the title screen, hold Select and press Circle(3), Triangle, Square(2), Circle. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of an exploding asteroid. Then press Start and select the "Classic Asteroids" option on the main menu. Alternatively, begin a game on mission 1 and reach level 15. Then on level 15, locate and shoot the green vector graphics asteroid that appears. If done correctly, big words in green will appear on the screen. Complete the level and save the game to keep the original version of the game unlocked.
