Placing an Order:

To place an order, just email us at JD@rampwalkers.net or write us at the address below.
Please state the item(s) name and code that you are interested
in purchasing. We will then contact you to let you know
the item(s) availability and the total amount to send us,
including shipping and insurance costs.

Making a trade:

To suggest a trade, just email us at JD@rampwalkers.net or write us at the address below. Please state the item(s) name and code that you are interested in trading
and the item(s) you have for trade. We will then contact you to let you know the
item(s) availability and if the trade is deemed reasonable. Shipping and
insurance costs may apply for items not needed for the website.

As an example: If there is a Marx Bull available that you would like to trade for a Marx Cow in similar condition, just email us and suggest the trade. Upon agreement the Marx Cow will be put aside, and you will send us the Marx Bull along with shipping costs for the
Marx Cow. However if it is an item needed on the website or more valuable than
the item you are trading we will pay shipping plus any other agreed amount.

Terms and Conditions:

Once your order has been confirmed, we will hold it for 10 days.
If we have not received your payment by then, the item is put up
for sale again.

Payment Options:

All prices are in United States dollars.
We accept Visa and Master Card only thru PayPal.com
We also accept checks and money orders. Please make all checks payable
to J. Davis (We reserve the right to have large personal checks
clear before shipment.)

Shipping Procedures:

PayPal and Money order sales will ship the next business day upon receipt of payment.
Sorry no COD's. All United States orders are shipped via U.S. Mail.
Generally this costs about $4.00 standard U.S. Mail
or $6.00 for insured Priority Mail. International rates higher.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased or traded, please email
us within 3 days of receipt of the order. Orders must be returned
(shipping prepaid) within 10 days after contacting us at which time
a full refund will be sent to you minus shipping and insurance
charges. After that all orders are considered FINAL.

Breakage/Damage:

If an item is received in a damaged condition due to shipping, retain
the original shipping carton with the damaged merchandise
and then notify us.
