If anyone was truly bamboozled this season, it was Gregg. Tom and Ian played him, as well as Jenn and Katie, perfectly. With dash and determination, the Dynamic Dou have turned defeat into victory. At least for a few more days. The question is now, how will the rest adjust to the new situation?
Caryn is the lynch pin in much of what has and shall unfold as a result of this latest turn of events. If she remains tight and resolute with Tom and Ian, then they shall be the Final Three. I might add that she would make a great foil for going into the Final Two with, since several jury members would not like her. Most, if not all, of the jurors, would see her has a patsy, flying low under the radar, riding Tom's or Ian's coattails and undeserving of the grand prize.
But let's not count out the persuasive powers of Katie or Jennifer just yet. In an ideal world, one of them would be booted this coming week. Their only hope to persuade either Caryn that NOW is the time for a female alliance, or work on Ian or Tom to get back into their confidence and have Caryn booted instead.
My guess is that Katie will be the driving force in either effort. She has no op- tion but to play full-throttle, all-out Survivor now. This is Victory or Death time! I don't think that Jennifer has the influence on either of the three new power brokers to save herself. Her best bet is to lie low and let Katie take the chances. If Katie is successful, then Jenn will benefit. If not, then Katie will put a big target on herself which will buy Jennifer a spot on the Final Four.
Only two more episodes left, so hang on and enjoy the excitement. Grab a fresh nitro-pack and prepare yourself for three more hours of good, clean, back-stabbing fun!
