Day 22 finds Terry telling all about his Navy days, filling them with tales of going Mach 2 with his hair on fire. The rest are starting to wonder just how can they possibly beat this guy? Terry corners Shane and Aras about where he fits into the endgame. Shane lets him know that the first chance they get to boot him, Terry is a goner. The Casaya women want both Terry and Sally gone quickly, followed by Aras. Aras tells them how he'd like a stay on Exile Island.
Reward Challenge time. The reward is videos from home. Jeff gives them all a taste. They'll be divided into two teams of four each, with the winning team getting to watch all of their videos, plus enjoy peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with ice cold milk. The winners also will pick one loser to be vanquished to Exile Island. The event involves having one player suspended on a 'flying rig', to be controlled by the other three players. The flyer is to grab 15 numbered flags, in numerical order, and place them in a holding rack. Courtney flies for Terry, Sally and Bruce, Danielle flies for Aras, Shane and Cirie. Danielle gets an early lead, but Courtney quickly catches up, then passes. Danielle's team falls further behind as two of their flags get knocked out of the holding rack by Aras. This helps Courtney's team to win. Aras is chosen to go to Exile Island.
The losers downplay the loss. Shane is unimpressed with the PB&J sandwiches. Upon returning to camp, he asks Cirie, a registered nurse, to take a look at his genitals. He thinks he has a medical problem. She reluctantly does so and tells Shane he has a rash. Shane strips off his shorts and wraps a shirt around his waste to remedy the problem. On Exile Island, Aras gets a fire going and boils water. He also finds food. Aras spends a little bit of time looking for the idol, but he figures Terry must have it already. The winners return with their luxury items. Terry has an American flag, Sally a journal, Bruce a sketchbook, and Courtney has her fire-dancing thingies.
Day 24 finds Terry and Sally discussing who to try and flip. Sally thinks this is a good time to use the idol, as it would cause a Casaya member to be booted for sure. Ummm, that would've been the case last time, too. All are gathered for the Immunity Challenge. Aras rejoins the gang, telling them how much fun he had. Jeff hands each a nut and a shell. He gives them a choice of playing for immunity or eating cheese burgers and fries. Only Terry, Sally and Aras compete, the rest chow down. The challenge is a memory game, off shore un- derwater is a row of seven images. First to return to shore and duplicate the images in the same order wins. Aras and Terry and neck and neck. Aras thinks he has it, but Jeff says no. Terry wins again! The eaters must stop since the challenge is over.
Back at camp, Sally is happy Terry won, because she thinks he'll give her the idol now. The Casaya 6 plan to boot Sally. Terry works on flipping Bruce, while Sally works on flipping Courtney, Cirie and Danielle. Terry and Sally plan to boot Aras. Sally wants the idol, but Terry is waiting for someone to agree to flip before he hands it over. Courtney demonstrates her fire dance.
At Tribal Council, Shane says he regrets not competing, but he was hungry. Sally is frustrated by being outnumbered. Aras is disappointed that he was the only Casayan trying to stop Terry from winning immunity. Terry says he'll keep on winning. Danielle thinks Terry is cocky. Cirie hopes the idol is played to- night, Aras hopes it isn't. It's time to vote. Terry and Sally vote for Aras, the rest boot Sally. Terry hangs on to the idol.
SPOILERS: Bruce has stomach trouble. Terry provokes more trouble of his own amongst the Casaya 6.
