So it's Aras and Danielle for the Final Two.  Both are happy, needless to say.
Danielle says she had to choose Aras as he was part of the Casaya tribe and
they both are responsible for the booted jury members, whereas Terry was not.

Day 39 begins with tree-mail and breakfast.  Also some champagne.  Aras gets
tipsy and loses his balance on some rocks.  He falls and cuts himself up in
several places.  Danielle helps but he's bleeding bad and needs stitches.  The
medics are called in, third time this season!  I think that's a record.  Both
consider how they'll approach the jury.  Aras thinks he's made good personal
connections with each member.  Danielle hopes they see her as being strong.

The Final Tribal Council.  Aras makes his opening statement first.  He thanks
all for the great time he's had.  Reminds them how hard he's played and worked.
Aras claims he played with honesty and integrity.  Danielle says she did the best
she could.  She was a bit looser on just how honest she played.

Sally begins the Jury Session by asking each who was the most important mem-
ber of the Casaya tribe?  Both answer that Cirie was the mother/sister/friend of
all.

Bruce asks what they'll do with the responsibility of winning?  Aras doesn't
know, since he's rarely been responsible, LOL!  Danielle says she'll make
speeches to children.

Terry starts off chiding Danielle for deceiving him.  He asks each to rate them-
selves during the challenges.  Aras says he was a solid 9, Danielle says she was
an 8.5, only regretting not participating in the one challenge where she opted
to eat a cheeseburger instead.

Austin asks each for their best and worst moves.  Danielle answers that her
best move was saving Bruce and getting Bobby voted off instead.  Her worst
was voting off Courtney.  Aras replies that his best was being honest with
Melinda when she was voted off and his worst was booting Shane.

Courtney rambles on for a bit about how hurt she was and how it took a week
to remove the knife from her back.  She asks each what they learned from their
experiences.  Aras learned how his ego got smashed.  Danielle learned how
tough she really is.

Cirie asks each to say why she should vote for the other.  Both answer how the
other is great, etc, blah-blah-blah.

Then comes Shane!  Shane congratulates both, but says he's disappointed that
Terry isn't in the Final Two, as Terry is the most deserving to win.  Shane then
trashes Danielle as being useless and Aras for being a liar and for sponging off his dad.  Shane says he can't think of a good reason to vote for either and asks each to pick a number between one and one million.  Aras picks four, Danielle
picks ten.

In the Closing Statements, Danielle again goes on about being strong and that
she picked the right people to ally with.  Aras again says he worked off his butt
and played the game the best way he could.

During the voting, we see Terry voting for Aras and Bruce voting for Danielle.
As Jeff reads the votes, one more for Danielle comes from Shane, based on the
side message of the vote.  Jeff reads six votes, with Aras winning 4 to 2.  Rumor
has it that Austin also voted for Danielle, but I have not been able to confirm this.

So Aras wins.  I have to say I'm very disappointed.  So much so that I'm debating
doing this anymore.   So it's a coin toss if I'll be back for Season 13, Survivor:
Cook Islands.
