Night 38 and upon returning to camp, Todd and Courtney are ready to cele-
brate having made it to the finals!  However, Amanda is upset from Todd's
smirk during Tribal Council.  It made her look bad in front of The Jury.  She's
in no mood to celebrate.  She's a real wet blanket and there's no Last Night
Party.

Day 39, the last day.  Todd and Courtney are awake first.  Courtney looks
forward to being able to use a Q-tip again.  LOL!  All three go to check on
tree mail and they discover BREAKFAST!  Even Amanda is now happy again!
Pancakes, bacon, eggs, orange juice and champagne.  Yum-Yum!!!  They
chow down and finally do bond together for one last day of celebration.  The
camp trash is gathered, including Jean Robert's smelly $500 shoes, and it's
all set a flame.  Todd thinks he has a shot with The Jury, but in any case, he's
happy just to have made it this far.  Amanda is hopeful but nervous.

The Last Tribal Council.  Jeff goes into his usual speech about The Jury.
Amanda makes her statement first.  She's reflective, feels blessed and is
glad she aligned herself with Todd on Day One.  She does feel remorse for
booting James, Jean Robert and Frosti.  Todd goes next and brags about how
stoked he is.  He thanks The Jury as each of them played a role in his getting
to the finals.  LOL!  He does admit that he's lied and back stabbed but it was
just part of The Game.  The relationships he formed were real while his actions
were just strategy.  Courtney begins saying she's never watched the show
before, had no strategy, no plan.  She just played it as she really is thinking
she'd be gone by Day Six.  She's the little girl who made it to the end.

Then The Jury speaks.  James goes first and throws a softball.  He congra-
tulates them all and asks Courtney if she had a good time?  She said it was
rough but she was surprised that she actually won one Immunity Challenge.

Jean Robert goes next.  He is facing a dilemma.  He had vowed to not vote
for either Amanda nor Todd as they betrayed him, but doesn't think that
Courtney deserves his vote.  So he begins by asking her why he should vote
for her to win?  Courtney repeats that she won an IC, something he didn't do.
Not a good answer!  JR then asks Amanda why she lied to him.  She said
that she was pressured to vote against him, that she had wanted to boot
somebody else.  JR then asks Todd why he blind-sided him?  Todd answers
that strategy was his province and that JR crossed a line by trying to boot
James.  So Todd decided that JR had to go because he was the more danger-
ous threat to his strategy.  Good answer!  Todd shut JR up, which earned
some laughs from The Jury.

Peih Gee says that she plans to vote for who is most deserving.  Asks Todd
if all he is about is just being a sneaky bastard.  Todd answers that he fought
hard to hold his game plan together.  PG then slams Amanda for having 'doe
eyes' and wants to know more about her strategy.  Amanda claims that she
basically went along with Todd up until the decision to boot James, which
she claims responsibility for.

Erik asks Amanda what was her riskiest move?  Again she brings up the play
against James.  She knew he and Todd had an alliance, plus she was worried
that if James played an immunity idol, Todd, her main ally, would be booted
instead.

Frosti wants to know who the real Todd is?  Todd claims that his friendship
is real but admits to lying to him.  It was just The Game, nothing personal.
Frosti then asks Courtney why she betrayed him?  She answers that she
didn't want to, but was being pressured by the rest.  She couldn't warn him
because they were watching her too closely.

Jamie asks Courtney for the dirty laundry on Todd.  Courtney answers that
Todd wears his laundry, he's a liar and admits it.  Todd shoots back that
Courtney has lied, too.  Jamie asks Amanda about Courtney.  Amanda says
that Courtney was always ungrateful, even when they won a challenge.  On
Todd, Amanda says that he was the strategic player of the bunch and lied the
most.  Todd responds that he did the dirty work for Amanda and Courtney.

Finally, Denise has her turn.  She is clearly pissed at Amanda and calls her a
liar.  She calls Todd deceptive and that he needs to straighten out his life.
Denise does pay Courtney a compliment and tells her she respects her hon-
esty.  With that being said, Jeff gives The Jury a minute to mull things over
and then they vote.  We see Jamie vote for Todd, Denise for Courtney and
Erik for Amanda.  Jeff gathers the votes and the scene changes from China
to Studio City in California.  Jeff counts the votes and it's Amanda 1, Courtney
with 2 and Todd with 4 votes.  TODD WINS!!!
