"Survivor Review" is a private fan site and is no way affiliated with CBS or Mark Burnett Productions.  Many of the pictures and graphics are taken from the official CBS "Survivor: Pearl islands" website, as well as other sites, such as "CBS Early Show".  This site's intent is not to infringe on any copyrighted or trademarked material, only to review and speculate on a TV series which has captured our imaginations.

Night 33 find the gang returning from Tribal Council.  Jon and Burton are
very pleased with themselves for "blind-siding" Christa.  Jon rubs it in with
Sandra and angers her.  Like poking a stick at a hornet's nest, Jon lets her
know who off'd her friend.  Sandra thinks she's the next target of The Boys.
As Dawn 33 arises, Sandra decides that she will begin hiding equipment,
starting with the water cans.  She intends to sabotage the tribe.  Meanwhile,
Jon and Burton chat with Lil about booting Darrah next.  Lil is upset that
The Boys want to break their word to Darrah.  She wonder's if she can trust
them at all.

Reward Challenge is the ubiquitous "Second Chance" event.  A multi-part
challenge with elements of past competitions.  The prize is a feast at the
ruins of old Panama City, which Morgan sacked.  It was a tight race with
Lil and Burton leading the rest, though not by much.  At one point, even Jon
had the lead.  But Burton managed to come back and pull ahead.  He wins
the reward and chooses Jon to accompany him.

The Boys head off by boat to the current Panama City, where they meet Jeff
who welcomes them with keys to Burton's new GMC Envoy, XUV.  After the
brief commercial plug, The Boys head off for the ruins.  There, they find a
feast and they settle in for some gorging and gloating.  Meanwhile, the gals
are chatting amongst themselves.  Lil confesses to Darrah that Burton and
Jon discuss with her about booting Darrah next.  Sandra rallies them into
targeting Burton next with Jon as a back-up boot.  Back at the feast, Jon and
Burton are confident that they are in firm control and, if need be, can sway
Sandra into an alliance against Lil and Darrah.

Day 35 and Lil feels wrecked, physically and emotionally.  She's stressed
out from all the strategizing.  Darrah and Sandra discuss Lil's reliability.
They fear that Lil with cave in once The Boys return.  They hatch a simple
plan for Lil to follow.  When The Boys return, Darrah and Lil meet them.
They fane concern over Sandra, who plays the role of spoiled-sport, refus-
ing to leave her bed and do any work.  Burton takes Lil off to the side, smell-
ing a rat, questioning Lil about what happened while they were away.  Jon
tells Sandra that it's either Darrah or Lil depending on who wins immunity.
Jon promises her a slot in the Final Three.

Immunity Challenge time!  Each player must walk a series of narrow planks
to retrieve a flag.  The planks are locked and to get the keys, each must fill
a glass tube with water.  The key is tied to a float in the tubes.  Using can-
teens, the players fill the tubes high enough to grab the float.  Darrah, who
has the narrowest wrists and arms, is able to get hers first.  She builds a
lead and wins her third immunity in a row.

Day 36 finds Jon concerned about Lil.  She is acting strange.  He suspects
that she made a deal with the gals and is stressed out.   Burton and John
decide it's time to boot Lil.  They include Sandra, who proceeds to trash Lil
as Miss-Goodie-Two-Shoes.  Sandra then takes aim at Darrah and disses her
as well.  Jon and Burton are convinced that they have Sandra's support to
get rid of Lil.  All three talk with Darrah, and The Boys believe she's okay
with the idea, too.

Tribal Council and Jeff asks how they are holding up?  Darrah admits to be-
ing weaker.  Sandra says Lil is the strongest person in the tribe.  Jeff gets
Jon to compliment the ladies for their tenacity.  They then talk about how
members get blind-sided at Tribal Council.  Burton says he knows how it
feels and hates doing it to others.  This rates a smirk from Rupert on the
Jury bench.  It's time to vote.  Burton and Jon vote for Lil, the ladies boot
Burton.  Rupert and the rest of the Jury trade high-fives.  They are pleased
with the outcome.  Jon rolls his eyes.  He knows he's in trouble.

SPOILERS:  None really, except that it's Finale time.  Four are left and each
has a shot at being crowned the sole survivor and winning one million
dollars.  See you Sunday!
