Night 21 and the gang returns to Alinta/Lopevi Beach. The men are furious and
the women are giddy. Ami is especially gleeful. She gloats and grins. Chris is
in a state of shock. He now sees that this is a true gender war, and he is out-
numbered. Twila tells Uncle Cameraman she doesn't regret her vote against
Rory. Chris confides to us that The Game is far from over.
Day 22 and Sarge is fuming. You can fry an egg on his skull. Scout attempts
to soothe his spirit with a lullabye, but it has ZERO effect. Reward Challenge
time and even Jeff remarks on Sarge's rage. It's Question Cube, where Jeff
asks on Vanuatu trivia and contestants hold their answer cube to respond.
With each correct answer, players get to light one of three skulls each has.
Once all three are alight, that player is out. Each season, this event shows the
underlying pecking order of the merged tribe. Needless to say, the men are
knocked out first, with Chad, Sarge, and Chris being the order. Scout knocks
Eliza out as the first female victim. Eliza is none too happy. Julie and Ami go
in the next round, followed by Scout. It's between Leann and Twila, with Leann
winning. Her reward is a helicopter ride across the island to have a picnic
lunch ontop of a dormant volcano. She chooses Julie to be her guest.
The two ladies sky off, and we are treated to their "Oooo's" and "Ahhh's" as
well as the beautiful landscape. They land at the volcano, now well grown
over with grass and fauna. They feast on chicken, munchies, and champagne.
Leann and Julie discuss strategy. Leann would prefer dumping Eliza before
Chris. After he goes, they'd like Scout out of the way.
Meanwhile, back at camp, Eliza and Scout go at it over the challenge. Scout
tries to calm her down, saying she knocked out Eliza because she's so good.
Eliza isn't buying it. The guys take the outrigger and go for a paddle. They
discuss how best to divide the women's voting block, using Eliza as a means.
They intend to let Ami and the rest think that Eliza feels vulnerable and is sid-
ing with them. Scout tells Uncle that she's ready to boot Eliza now. Leann and
Julie return with a bag of chicken wings, which they share with the ladies. All
the men get are the leftover bones.
Day 23 and Eliza makes a tree-mail run. She finds a note and a pig. Wrong per-
son to deal with this one. She struggles to get the pig back to camp. Chris
winds up carrying it the rest of the way. Twila and Sarge grab the machettes to
butcher the pig, but are stopped as the tree-mail note is read out loud. Being
a Vanuatu symbol of wealth, the pig must be fed and cared for. No clue as to
how long or for what purpose.
Day 24 and it's time for the Immunity Challenge. It's Puzzle Quest. Jeff shows
a puzzle design briefly and the players have one minute to arrange their's like-
wise. In the 1st Round, all three men get it wrong and are out. Scout and
Twila go in Round 2. Eliza goes in Round 3. In Round 4, Ami is the only one
with the correct puzzle design and wins immunity.
Back at camp, Ami and her pals are giddy again. They discuss voting off Eliza.
Then Chad and Chris chat up Scout about booting Eliza. Eliza complains to
Ami about Scout. Scout is worried about Julie and Leann. Sarge has a long
talk with Twila, and assures her that the men never offered Julie a spot on the
Final Four. Twila knows Julie lied to her and is upset. Chad then joins them
and talks about recruiting Eliza. A lot of talking, a lot of names.
At Tribal Council, the claws come out. Eliza tells Jeff she's the only woman to
pack and bring her belongings. She feels vulnerable. Sarge, still fuming from
the last TC, outs Julie as a liar. Twila confirms and is also pissed at Julie.
Julie thinks the guys will all vote to boot her. Ami is no fool, she's keeping the
immunity necklace for herself. It's time to vote. Sarge votes for Julie, Chad
votes for Eliza, all the women, including Chris, give Sarge the boot.
SPOILERS: A nasty rain storm dampens spirits. Scout plots a major strategic
move against Ami and Company.
