Karen used to work in Microbiology and was one of the first friends I made at King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital in Jeddah. She was a good Sheila and a great photo buddy.
After I left Saudi to live in Dubai Iwe occasionally managed to dive together when I was in Jeddah on a business trip until she and her husband Jonathan left to return to Australia.
Karen is also one of the Jeddah Junkies on our trip to Sharm El Sheikh in 1995.
