Sunrise Over The Lake

Hues of misty morning dew

Warming glow of golden sun
Promising another day This morning time has just begun

As the sun begins to peak

Over horizons of the earth
Giving ua a promise too Witnessing a sweet rebirth

A brilliant display is shown me

My eyes take in the scene
Of beauty unmatched in nature Gives my lake a golden sheen

Upon the water sun does sit

Awaiting on a hazy day
The brilliant color then bursts forth Over the water the sunshine plays

I am a captive audiance

For I could never go
Before this show is finished up And my world is all aglow
