The Gift

Like the calmness of the shade under deep forest trees

With the sound of the birds singing songs so free
Or the absence of ripples on the surface of a lake Which shimmers with the sun's light it partakes

Like the gentle sway of country grass meadows

During the early spring season outside my window
Or the sweet melody of a mother's lullaby To her newborn baby sleeping as the world goes by

Like the absence of war in times of crisis

When everybody can have a piece of pure and equal justice
Or a place where time can just stand still Giving chance for a broken heart to heal

Knowing the Lord I found true LOVE

The stillness inside I've longed to have
Thanking the Lord I can do the least For his special gift....the Tranquillity of Peace !

The Distance Between Us

I look up to the great big sky tonight

15 million diamonds cast away their lights
They keep twinkling like sparkles in your eyes Can't help thinking about you as the night goes by

I know that we're both looking at the same old moon

As the night burns darkness away so soon
A cool evening breeze just passes by And whispers softly like a lover's sigh

I wonder what you're thinkin' too right now

Is it about me here somewhere, somehow?
I just keep missing you day after day It's hard to be here alone half-a-world away

A shooting star streaks at the face of the sky

I wish that forever there will be no goodbyes
I am longing to be with you now, for alas ! LOVE finds the way to the distance between us

Rose of Dreams

She's a perfect portrait of a gentle rose bud

Shaped to existence by the mighty hand of God
Bestowed with the gifts of pure elegance and grace That'll always be a desire for my eyes to gaze

She's a rose that's innocent young and sweet

Where no love in my heart can ever compete
A bud that's starting to blossom exquisitely Into a flower with such breathtaking beauty

She's the spark that lights every life's candle

When going through every human strife and struggle
A great inspiration to continue going through Life's every drama of everchanging hue

She's a fragment that helps to complete me

Into a somebody that I really ought to be
A special present from the Lord above Oh!, such delicate gift of innocent love

The best thing that God created to be

Is this rose that's made so perfectly
I know his wonders are endless like stream For he brings me the Rose of my Dreams

A Friend Forever

I once thought that I am a lonesome island

Never knowing that I'm just one grain of sand
Thinking that I knew everything about love When in truth, nothing good is all I really have

Then you came into the picture of my life

Adding colors to the monotony of my own strives
You changed the things that I'm prejudiced of Humbles me through the greatness of God's LOVE

Can't think of any good reason to all of this

Do I deserve your affections to say the least?
I must have done something that's oh so right To receive these blessings from God's everlasting light

I have no great possessions right here, right now

But I have you that I'm proud of anyhow
My own true self is the best that I can offer I promise, you'll always be my friend forever

The Hopeless and The Fool

Here I am the Hopeless Romantic

Onto again with my funny antics
Seeking out to capture my lady's heart Trying to be gentle and perfectly smart

I am seeing all things differently

The colors vividly shines all around me
Everyday, it seems like I'm walking in the clouds My heart keeps shouting my lady's name out loud

There you are the Sentimental Fool

Using LOVE as an inspirational tool
Wanting to live all your life's dramas Never skipping a line on every part of the stanza

You always wear a smile on your sweet lovely face

Your mind's on a journey to an enchanted place
Deep into your own secret private world There's a man of your dreams, to love and to hold

Different people for different parts

But we're two persons with just one heart
You are for me and I am for you If you will jump then I will jump too

Together we make the perfect couple

You are the spark and I am the candle
Forever we agreed to let our love rule I, the Hopeless Romantic, You, the Sentimental Fool

One Life, One River

There is only one life for everyone

A single river that flows, it surely runs
There is a beginning and there is an end No matter how many curves and how many bends

Sometimes life isn't fair as it unfolds

It is always a gamble in this cruel world
Like a river that goes a journey downstream You'll never know what's ahead, so it seems

One life is one chance for most of us

Too short sometimes for it to really last
Pains and sufferings always come our way Turbulent waters may come to us each day

We're always coupled with uncertainty about the future

Eventhough we say that tomorrow's better for sure
Living life maybe a nightmare or just a dream As the river unwinds with its flowing stream

One Life, One Hope, One Love, One Heart

There's a river that runs right from the start
It flows down deep into each body and soul One Dream for a Lifetime, One Meaning, One Goal

There's a time when a life starts to shine

Like the springing of water on a riverline
The breaking of dawn for the morning sunrise A light that will shine on every human eyes

For every start there is always a finish

A time when every light will extinguish
Then darkness comes this time around One life is lost that's never to be found

Everything happens for a reason

We just can't question God's decision
For he sometimes work in mysterious ways Though it brings the pain every waking days

Death to all of us will surely come

But it doesn't mean that we can't overcome
Just one life to live then an end to be It runs like a river into the open sea

Relinquished Heart

She turns her back and slowly fades away

Leaving him all alone each passing day
All hope is lost, got nothin' left to lose True love for a lifetime she never dare choose

Dreams are shattered, promises left broken

Branded as quitters, fate's got them beaten
Never tried so hard to fix their differences To work things out while they have all the chances

Love came by only to vanish forever

All that's left are cold memories to remember
A destiny together if only given one more chance But one refuses to follow the gentle path to deliverance

They had what it takes to last for a lifetime

But harsh situations could happen too for sometime
He now only wish that time he can replay As she turns her back and slowly fades away

I Need You

Like the desert that needs a single drop of water

Which seldom comes down or never forever
Or a touch on the grass of an early morning dew Believe me my love, I need you

Like the ray of light from the great mighty sun

To a flower that needs this thing to be done
Or what a fire in a cold winter night could do More than you'll ever know, I need you

Like the waves that kiss the warm white sands

Washing away the pain brought by this land
Or the breaking from the night of the dawn anew My heart really yearns, I need you

Like a newborn baby to a loving and caring mother

An innocence that's purer than a modern day lover
For the LOVE that's only known to the very few I will always be true for I need you

Millions of Words, One Meaning

I've got millions of words to describe my feelings

My heart pours out and it's never ending
It cries with such intricate beauty and grace Where no other emotion can ever replace

It goes down to one meaning every word I say

My soul reach out for it, come what may
Deep into the bottom part of my heart Is this feeling I have that will never depart

There's only one kind of True Love

That all of us is longing to have
But only to the very few can it be found They'll reach the heavens, the rest aground

My life is filled with pure happiness

Finally embrace a sense of completeness
With such special feeling raising me above Millions of Words, One Meaning, True Love

Soulmates

I am a bee buzzing over a flower

I need your love to live forever
Your sweetness runs through my emotions My strength flows through your affections

I am the wind blowing above the lake

Sending shivers from the touch that you make
You breathe the chill that explores my body Binding us together in soulful unity

I am the fire burning away the moonless night

Giving you the warmth of a glowing firelight
Taking away the gloom and the pain it carries Bringing back the past in such colorful memories

I am the earth that revolves around the sun

My soul and your soul completes us into one
A destiny for each other, one lifetime could bring I'm longing to be with you 'til life everlasting

I am the man God chooses for you to meet

We're two persons with just one heartbeat
Together we'll enter True Love's sacred gates For you and me my love are forever soulmates

The Angel

In times of trouble, in times of need

When my sentimental heart is in bleed
There's always somebody I can count on to An angel that I know, my love, she is you

Once I was hurt, my whole world was shattered

My heart was beaten, broken and battered
I was groping for light amidst the painted darkness My life's in fragments, the pain seems endless

Then you came to me and make me whole

My heart, my soul, my life you stole
You lift me up so high above the ground I once was lost but now I am found

You are now my strength and my confidence

Without you, all of my life makes no sense
I know that you are proud enough to believe in me You have the purest heart and angel could ever be

Only to you my undying love I will give

For you are the greatest reason why I live
These words my heart just can't stop to tell "I love you very much my dear darling angel"

Girl in Love

She crafts a little smile

As their eyes met up in gaze
She looks away in shyness Her heart beats up in race

He starts a conversation

His sweetest voice she likes to hear
With tones of pure emotion Her doubtful feeling now starts to clear

Though her heart leaps, full of joy

She struggles to play a little hard-to-get
But he really is on the upper hand She just can't resist his charm the moment they've met

He suddenly holds her hand

It was such a very good sign
She quickly replied him, "yes!" When he asked her, "Will you be mine?"

Then there was silence all over them

Mesmerized by the beauty in each other's sight
He quickly moved closer to the girl's face And engage her in a kiss by the candlelight

The girl is in love!!

Dreamscapes

Hush now, go on and sleep tight my lovely one

Dream about the tales of the Fairytale Land
Where life is easy and full of joy for everyone Forget about reality, touch fantasy with thy own hand

Journey down deep into the realm of enchantment

Ride like the wind into the land of make-believe
Open both heart and mind in such awe of amazement Treasure the gifts that your innocent thoughts may receive

Roam all the secret abodes of the unknown

Explore all the rivers and the valleys below
Meet all creatures great and small, young or grown Scale all places near or far, high and low

Enjoy the beauty of the mesmerizing world of fantasy

Cause the end of the journey will come anytime too soon
And when it's time for you to come back to the harsh reality I'll be waiting for you out there beyond the end of the horizon

An Angel's Heart

How can you tame an angel's heart?

Where can you even make a start?
Will you just let go and set her free? Or will you just try to let her be?

How can you hold on to the heaven's white rose?

Is there even a chance for your love to propose?
Will you move on or will you just go on and hide? Will there be a way to her that your heart can confide?

How can you capture a free-spirited soul?

Are you the one to fill up her heart's hole?
Will you be strong enough for her to lean on to? Or are you just too weak and lame as well too?

How can you take a grasp to an elusive love?

Are you good enough of a man for her to have?
Do you wish to enchant her before she'll ever depart? So tell me, how can you tame an angel's heart?

A Walk in the Rain

Darkness embraces all around me

Alone without you, think I'm gonna be
Can't believe I'm about to live again in pain I'll take a walk outside on the stingin' rain

Can't I hold on to love unceasingly?

Don't I deserve to be loved completely?
The hurting inside's driving me insane I'll take a walk out there in the poison rain

Heart pierced by one million daggers of heartaches

Feeling lost in this lonely road that I have to take
My life in shackles, my soul in chain I'll take a walk into the tormenting rain

Love desired's love slipping away

Where am I to go for the rest of the way?
Wonderin' if there's a way your affections I could regain I'll take a walk in the middle of the pouring rain
