No Trust
What was it that brought you to me?
You came with your wagon laden with lies...
You peddled your pretty packages. I bought every one.
Sweet little treasures full of deception.
You never told an untruth, that you're quick to point out.
No. False words were far to simple for you to use.
It was your actions that lead me astray.
You claimed that you wanted love unconditional...
How was I to know at what cost?
You see love isn't just given. It's earned and traded.
I gave to you freely, but when I asked you to share
you said that your love had faded.
In the end you just walked away... claiming...
