BOB AND CLYDE RANDALL

Bob and Clyde Randall became interested in country music at the time they were married. Bob was playing sometimes 5 nights a week, and doing a live radio show on Saturday on WMDN. In 1964, Clyde worked a radio show on WMDN. From 1967 to 1972, Clyde wrote a news column for the Kountry Karavan which at that time was the Michigan suppliment to the Music City News. They currently entertain at senior centers and nursing homes in Michigan and Florida.

By the way, Bob and Clyde are also the parents of a country music performer who was one of the founding members of the "high energy" country group Sawyer Brown Bobby Randall. Bobby has since left the group moving on to a solo career and has had an extensive television and radio career including co-hosting TNN's Wild Horse Saloon.

Bob Sr. and Clyde were inducted into the Michigan Country Music Hall of Fame on September 7, 1996 at the Saginaw County Fairgrounds in Saginaw, Michigan.
