Adobe ruins near Anton Chico
This old, abandoned adobe house is located on the outskirts of Anton Chico. There are numerous buildings like this througout the village. Many of these were probably standing in Billy the Kid's time.
The Pecos River
This is the famous Pecos River, near Anton Chico. The Pecos River runs north and south and passes by Fort Sumner, Santa Rosa, Anton Chico, Puerto de Luna, and Las Vegas. Billy and the Rustlers must have crossed this river many times with their stolen livestock.
