Dowlin's Mill
This page shows photos of Dowlin's Mill, in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Dowlin's Mill is called the "Birth Place of Ruidoso" because it was the first building there and the town developed around it. The Mill was owned by the Dowlin Brothers. Billy the Kid and the Regulators hid out at the Old Mill often. The Mill still functions to this day.
