The George Coe Ranch

This page shows two pictures of the old ranch that once belonged to Regulator and friend of Billy the Kid, George Coe. The ranch resides on the Rio Ruidoso, and is currently owned by some of Coe's surviving relatives. Before the war, Billy the Kid briefly worked on this ranch.

George Coe's barn

This old, red barn is over 100 years old. It was built by George Coe himself and stood at the time of the Lincoln County War.
