Self-described as "a stretchy detective", Elongated Man considers himself to be Plastic Man and Batman rolled into one, even if no one else seems to think so.
Shortly after being assigned to crowd control alongside Booster Gold, Elongated Man is called in by Wonder Woman to aid them in their fight against Mordu. After taking a major part in taking down Mordu, Elongated Man chalked it up to simply "stretching at the right place and the right time."
