Electrical Generation: Livewire has the ability to generate and channel huge amounts of electrical and electrostatic energy, with Am ability. she uses these abilities in a number of ways, including:
-Electro-Bolts: In energy, 5 areas, and +1CS to hit.
-Electrical Shock (on touch): Mn damage, knocking out her opponent for 1-10 rounds unless the opponent makes an Endurance FEAT against Mn intensity. Livewire must successfully grapple her opponent before she may use this ability.
-Ride lines of Electro-Magnetic potential (areas where there is electricity coursing nearby, like powerlines and wiring within buildings): Mn ground speed.
-Override Electrical Systems: Am, Livewire can override electrical systems and shut down computers or electrically powered robots. Robots with an Endurance stat may make an Endurance FEAT to avoid this reprogramming.
-Energy Absorbtion: Am ability to absorb energy and use it in his energy blasts. He can absorb up to Mn if he makes a yellow End. FEAT and Un if he makes a Red End. FEAT.

Bio-History:

She was radio shock jock Leslie Willis, until conducting a rally during an electrical storm at Centennial Park changed her into Livewire. A being of living electricity, Livewire is one of Superman's most unpredictable enemies. Permanently changed in an electrical accident, Livewire now puts her powers to use by engineering impossible electrical-based crimes.

Livewire can contain amounts of electrical energy so great that a full, concentrated charge could reduce Superman to atoms. She can also fire lighting bolts from her hands and eyes and travel through powerlines as pure energy.
