Black Lantern Power Ring: Un material, The Power Ring has the following power stunts:
-Reanimation: Un, Upon latching onto a corpse, the Black Lantern ring will reanimate the body. The ring animating the person within downloads all the memories and superhuman abilities (if they had any) of their previous life, but not their souls. Instead, they are malevolent beings who seek to murder even those they considered friends.
-Emotion Spectrum Detection: CL1000 ability to read emotions of each individual living being as a colored aura. After determining the opponent's emotional state, the Black Lantern then attack the beings and attempt to remove their hearts. Once removed, the hearts are converted to energy with Un ability. A single heart equals 0.01% of the power needed to fully charge the Black Lantern battery, and this is apparently shared throughout the rings of the entire Black Lantern Corps. When they reach 100% power is that the battery teleports from Ryut to Earth and summon Nekron, its master, to the physical plane.
-Electromagnetic Force Manipulation: The Black Lantern Power Ring appears to have extensive energy manipulation powers able to effect the entire spectrum including gravity, radiation, heat, light at Un ability. A Black Lantern can create and maintain 4 effect's per round. By making a successful Psyche FEAT roll, a Black Lantern may create and maintain a fifth effect. On the creation of solid objects, the GM decides which creations are within the power of the ring and assigns a power intensity FEAT: Simple weapons, entrapment devices, common geometric shapes, gigantic hands and simple containers are all powers stunts and are usually Mn rank. Powers stunts include:
--Energy Blasts: Un Energy
--Kinetic Blast: Un Force
--Force Field: Un
--Create Objects of Solid Energy: Un
-True Flight: In airspeed in Earth's atmosphere, CL3000 in space
-Universal Translator: The ring allows the wearer to communicate with anyone, no matter what language is spoken at Mn rank. The ring allowed for translation as long as the medium for communication was able to be duplicated by the ring, and that a Green Lantern was aware that communication was being attempted.
Limitations:
White Light of Creation: As expressions of darkness, the Black Lantern rings are vulnerable to the white light that represents life. Eons ago, the darkness splintered the white light into the seven lights of the Emotional Electromagnetic Spectrum. Individually, the seven lights are unable to harm the Black Lanterns, but the green light of willpower, representing all sentient life, working with one or more of the other six, can render the Black Lantern rings inert and leave the Black Lanterns vulnerable to conventional attacks. The black rings can also have their connections severed by the white power contained within Dawn Granger. Black Lantern Holly Granger was visibly hurt when she attempted to rip out her heart, and the ensuing blast of light severed the connections of an attacking group of Black Lanterns.
Emotion: As beings whose entire power is concentrated around the idea of lacking all emotions, they are extremely vulnerable to potent artifacts intended to force emotions upon the victim, such as the Medusa Mask.
Chosen: A Black Lantern Power Ring can only reanimate a corpse that has been murdered as opposed to a death that resulted in sacrifice (ex. Dove I after saving a child)
