Robotic Construct: Brainiac 13 is an android tyrant from the future, whose body gives him the following abilities:
-Body Armor: Rm protection vs. Physical and Energy
-Immune to Disease, Toxins, Psionics, Aging and Radiation: CL1000
-Self-Sustenance: Doesn’t need to eat, sleep or breathe, can survive in the vacuum of space
-Self-Healing: Brainiac 13 is not affected by kill results and can function normally at -1CS when below 0 health although he must make an End FEAT to do so. If sufficient energy is available he can heal up to 30 damage per round but he cannot do anything else. This ability is negated if more than half his body is destroyed.
-Immortality: Brainiac 13's memories can be downloaded into new bodies so he is effectively immortal. This power will not work if no new bodies are available.
-Nanobot Virus: When coming to the present, Brainiac 13 unleashed a nanobot super-virus that is capable of infecting and upgrading the technology of every machine and mechanism in an entire city with Un ability. The virus also effects beings of higher consciousness, allowing such things as imagination to come to life
Cyber-Tentacles: Mn material, The Cyber-Tentacles located on Brainiac 13’s back allow him to perform the following power stunts:
-Computer Interface: CL1000 ability ti interface with computers as well with Warworld’s control systems
-Psi-Blasts: Up to Un damage
