Imagination

I imagine...

Warm morning sunlight flittering through white lace adorned curtains, casting a pale yellow tint upon your sleeping face.

I imagine...

You shifting slighty, feeling the warmth engulfing your forehead, then your eyes, then gently warming your beautiful lips.

I imagine...

Covers, that were tightly wrapped around your beautiful body, slowly being moved away as the early rising sun begins to bath it with its warm delicate rays.

I am imagining all this now,

as I lie here alone, away from you. We are miles apart... but with closed eyes... I sense the feel of your soft silky skin, I sense the smell of your perfume lingering in the room, above you. I sense the sight of your beautiful body, sleeping and holding my pillow close to your heart.

In my imagination...

I am the early rising sun coming through the window, engulfing your face with a yellow tint of warmth. I am the sun bathing your precious body in it's delicate rays. I am the reason your once blanket wrapped body is now there, warm, exposed and beautiful.

My imagination brings me there... with you

touching you, caressing you, being with you... even when we are miles apart!
