Zac's Moon in Aquarius
In October of 1985, when Zac was born, the moon moved 
into Aquarius on the 19th and didn't move into Picses until the 23rd. Ergo, Zac is a Libra with his moon in Aquarius.
The moon in one's sun sign modifies it in two ways. On the bright side of Zac's Aquarius moon, he is more creative, idealistic and tolerant than Librans whose moons are in other signs. It also makes him a humanitarian with a progressive outlook.
On the dark side of Zac's Aquarius moon, he is more unpredictable, contrary, aloof, fixed in opinion and tactless than Librans whose moons are in other signs.
