Melt margarine. Stir in oil, sugar, lecithin, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat lightly just until combined (don't over beat or brownies will rise too high the fall). Stir in flour and nuts. Spread batter in a greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 325^ for 30 minutes. Cool; cut in bars.1 c margarine
