Dolores A. Koch

Dolores A. Koch,  84, nee Morawetz, of West Bend died Sunday, Sept. 5, 1999, at St. Joseph’s Community Hospital in West Bend at the age of 84.
She was born Oct. 24, 1914 in West Bend to the late Joseph and Alma (nee Schulz) Morawetz. She married Rueben Koch on June 8, 1940, at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in West Bend. Her husband preceded her in death on Jan. 14, 1993.
Dolores and Rueben owned and operated Park Service Station and Hickory Valley Orchard in West Bend for many years.
She was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, West Bend, and the St. John’s Ladies Guild. She also loved gardening and playing cards in several card clubs.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary (Steven) Gonske of Stevens Point; a grandson, Jeffrey Gonske of Stevens Point; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in West Bend. Rev. George Mumm will officiate. Burial will follow at Washington County Memorial Park.
Visitation will be at the Myrhum-Patton Funeral Home in West Bend on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and at the church Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
