E'lan DeJunae is the daughter of the San Mardeo DeJunaes crime family in South America. As a baby, E'lan was arranged to be married to Normie Osborn by Norman Osborn and E'lan's father because of his involvement in the Order of the Goblin. Since then, DeJunae learned the family business and eventually made connections with the Black Tarantula and grew up training to take over as the Green Goblin. Following Normie's near fatal attack, E'lan returned to New York to follow out her marriage to Normie who was not aware of the marriage. It was later revealed that E'lan was working with the Black Tarantula to use Spider-Girl to destroy Lady Octopus and Canis so they could take control of the New York Underworld. Most recently, it has been revealed that DeJunae is actually the leader of the Cult of the Green Goblin. Intending to continue the plans of Norman Osborn, the Queen of the Goblins tried to infect Normie Osborn with a new version of the Goblin Formula and make Spider-Girl watch. However, Spider-Girl defeated E'lan, but in the battle, the formula exploded and the Queen escaped. Now she is out there, intending to bring Normie back to the Goblin Legacy.
