1. XPW TV
XPW claimed to be bigger and better than ECW, and they ended up getting their own TV show. The wrestling matches on the show were either horribly dull or too violent to watch. And most of the TV show is just lousy backstage storylines filmed with a camcorder.
2. Women of Wrestling
Here’s an idea: make an independent federation with just women. Hmm...interesting. However, the matches and storylines weren’t any good. And they took themselves too seriously. There was an elaborate stage, entrance videos, special name graphics for each wrestler, lots of signs in the crowd. The whole thing came off as horribly cheesy.
3. WWF Sunday Night Heat
Sunday Night Heat featured matches involving most of the lower level wrestlers, and most people just weren’t interested. The show moved to WWF New York, but still wasn’t very good.
