1. Totally Buff
Buff Bagwell and Lex Luger. Two guys with zero charisma and zero workrate. It’s only natural that they’re the worst tag team of the year.
2. Insane Clown Posse
Rather than wasting the WWF’s or WCW’s time, they formed their own crappy federation. And I think they showed up in XPW a few times. Still, no one cares.
3. Road Dogg & K-Kwik
These guys weren’t really going anywhere. Then Road Dogg got fired for drug problems. So K-Kwik became a singles wrestler and was didn’t really go anywhere either.
