Angle is not only an incredible wrestler, but he does great promos, makes other wrestlers and himself look great, and is always able to get the crowd against him.
2. Chris Jericho
On both Smackdown and Raw, Y2J has done a great job of working the crowd up by feuding with top face and continually establishing his cocky heel persona.
3. Eddie Guerrero
Eddie is still one of the best heels in the game with his sly, untrustworthy personality and his "cheat to win" wrestling style.
