Kane was starting to be a worthy contender for a little while. But then the feud started to revolve around unsolved murders and necrophilia. It was actually the WWE's desperate attempt to start controversy, which failed.
2. Rikishi/Billy & Chuck
This was right after the roster split and the tag team division was really suffering. The tag champions were Billy & Chuck and the most worthy challengers were Rikishi and a variety of tag partners.
3. Torrie Wilson/Dawn Marie
Dawn Marie fell in love with Torrie's dad, Torrie didn't like it, resulting in crappy matches, stupid storylines, and a few seconds of lesbian kissing used a desperate attempt to boost PPV ratings.
