1. WWE (WWF)
It's funny that the WWE won the awards for best AND worst organizations. Well, when there's not much competition that's easy to see, you gotta vote for what you're familiar with. There were LOTS of problems with the WWE this year.
2. XPW
XPW moved from Southern California to former ECW areas. That doesn't stop the fact that it's a crappy organization with a bunch of rejects, porn stars, and nobodies trying to kill each other.
3. XWF
The Xtreme Wrestling Federation got started up and had some matches featuring guys like Buff Bagwell and Curt Hennig, and there were talks of a TV deal. Then it sorta dropped off the face of the earth.
