1. Jackie Gayda
This Tough Enough champion was an example of the WWE making bad decisions and throwing people into the spotlight way too quickly. Her inability to wrestle was clearly shown in some of the WWE's worst matches of the year.
2. Triple H
This year, Triple H's backstage politics and spotlight hogging made him the most hated man in wrestling. Only Jackie Gayda's crappiness made him get the #2 spot instead of #1.
3. Mark Henry
After being demoted to OVW for a long time, the WWE finally decided to give Mark Henry another chance. He still has yet to do anything worth mentioning.
